* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Above action stage observed at Brawley Wash in Three Points at 13.44 feet around 2:00 PM MST.
* WHERE...North Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 230 AM MST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 235 PM MST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marana, Three Points, Avra Valley and Picture Rocks. - This includes the following highways... Route 86 between mile markers 146 and 153. Route 286 between mile markers 22 and 45.
