* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following areas, Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Mahoning and Trumbull and northwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Crawford, Northern Erie and Southern Erie.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue through this evening with locally heavy rainfall rates likely.
