* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Minnesota, including the following areas, in central Minnesota, Wadena. In west central Minnesota, East Otter Tail, Grant, West Otter Tail and Wilkin.

* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
