At 430 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has ended over the Billy Fire scar. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain fell earlier this afternoon. Flooding impacts will likely continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
