* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10 to 14 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 21 to 26 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM and Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from noon to 6 PM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
