* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding will occur. Secondary roads and low water crossings will be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 3.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Sunday morning to a crest of 25.8 feet early Sunday afternoon.
