* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, east winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.
* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 10 AM AKDT Saturday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 6 PM AKDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
