* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 516 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near The Mouth Of The Pamlico River to 7 nm southeast of Swanquarter, moving southeast at 10 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
