* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following county, Elko.
* WHEN...Until 1245 AM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 943 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.6 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
