* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.
* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects many residences along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
