* WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota, including the following counties, Big Stone and Traverse and northeast South Dakota, including the following counties, Brown, Day, Grant, Marshall and Roberts.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
