* WHERE...Northwestern Delaware County in central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 505 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Delaware, Ashley, Radnor, Ostrander, Delaware State Park, Warrensburg, Leonardsburg, State Route 257 at US Route 36 and Kilbourne.
