* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flood waters approach residences along the river in Mount Air, between Olentangy River Road and the river itself.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 7.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.7 feet just after midnight tonight. - Action stage is 8.0 feet. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
