* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 1.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Tuesday morning and continue rising to 38.5 feet early Wednesday afternoon.
