HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Locations impacted include... Oak Ridge, Clinton, La Follette, Oliver Springs, Jacksboro, Harrogate, Caryville, Rocky Top, Norris, and Norris Dam State Park.

This includes Interstate 75 in Tennessee between mile markers 119 and 137.
