* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...City and Borough of Yakutat.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...High winds could blow around unsecured objects, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase as a strong low pressure system moves into the northern gulf. Confidence is high that wind gusts will reach near 40 to 50 mph, but confidence remains lower that the Yakutat will experience wind gusts as high as 60 mph, although still possible.
