* WHERE...Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstream to confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Dee Bennet Road is threatened between Ottawa and Utica.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning and is expected to remain in flood through next week. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
