Flash Flood Warning

At 947 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.25 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Harcuvar, Vicksburg, Salome, Vicksburg Junction and Wenden.

This includes the following highways... AZ Route 72 between mile markers 39 and 48. US Highway 60 between mile markers 45 and 54.

This includes the following streams and drainages... Salome Wash, Centennial Wash and Calcite Wash.
