* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 602 PM CDT, Heavy rainfall that produced significant flash flooding earlier has ended, but runoff will continue to present a threat of flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
