* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First Ebb current of 3.43 kt at 720 AM Thursday. Seas 6 ft. Second Very strong ebb current of 6.5 kt at 732 PM Thursday. Seas 8 ft. Third Ebb current of 3.02 kt at 815 AM Friday. Seas 4 ft.
