* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...San Antonio River at Goliad.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...Impact...At 25.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs, with water in the lowest areas of Goliad State Park. Livestock below Goliad to the Guadalupe River confluence are cut off and potentially drown.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday evening and continue rising to a crest of 27.5 feet early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
