ESFOTX
A slow moving storm system will bring 12 to 15 hours of rain to Central Washington Saturday night through Sunday night. Potential rain amounts will vary from half an inch to up to two inches. This will bring an elevated risk for debris flows over sensitive burn scars within steep terrain as well as isolated rock slides.
The potential hazard threat will increase slowly throughout the event as soils become saturated.
The probability for an inch or more of rain ranges from 40-50% for the Modrite, Kaiser Canyon, Chelan Hills, and Labor Mountain burn scars and between 15-30% for Sinlahekin, Sisi, and Little Giant burn scars.
