* IMPACTS...At 10.5 feet, Minor flooding begins along the creek in Austin.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 5.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 11.4 feet tomorrow evening.
