* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 2 to 5 inches of rain fell across much of the area yesterday with isolated pockets of over 6 inches. Additional heavy rain is possible later this morning and again during the afternoon. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are possible in thunderstorms.
