* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 948 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated rainfall has ended. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 4.5 and 7.5 inches of rain have fallen since Saturday morning. Area creeks and rivers will gradually begin to recede through the morning. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Flat Branch, Dugger Creek, Left Prong Stony Fork, Grassy Creek, Laurel Fork, Mill Creek, Meat Camp Creek, Elk Creek, Dutch Creek, Norris Fork, Fall Creek, Brushy Fork and Little Dugger Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
