* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, extensive overflow of lowlands will occur and a few rural roads in the area will become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 5.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Monday afternoon to a crest of 12.3 feet Monday evening.
