* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northwestern Shoshone County in the panhandle of Idaho...
* WHEN...Until 830 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 535 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
