* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...The eastern Massachusetts coast as well as the south coasts of both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Friday to 2 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The long duration of the winds coupled with heavy rain and fully leafed trees may exacerbate the risk for tree damage and power outages.
