* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...From this evening to Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, flooding affects areas of Mill and Canal Roads, as well as Island road and State Route 762. Backwater flooding along Big Darby Creek causes flooding of some low lying roads, and some backwater flooding along Hargus Creek affects low spots of Ted Lewis Park. Flooding of the Cooks Creek Preserve also occurs.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 19.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
