* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding near Frankton. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1248 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
