* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, water affects County Road E63 north of the river near Toronto and affects the lowest roads in Buena Vista.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.9 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage Saturday morning to 11.2 feet Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
