* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Cibola County in west central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM MDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 347 PM MDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This is causing arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. In hilly or mountainous terrain there are numerous low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
