* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 13.4 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
