At 434 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Chilili, or 15 miles southwest of Moriarty, moving north at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include... Edgewood, Tijeras, Escabosa, Chilili, Sedillo, Cedar Crest, Miera, Ponderosa Pines and Cedro.

This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 171 and 178...and between Mile Markers 180 and 191.
