* IMPACTS...At 4.8 feet, Water starts to enter low lying buildings around Hontoon Island. Many secondary roads and homes in low lying areas are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM EST Monday the stage was 4.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 3.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon and continue rising to 4.7 feet Saturday morning.
