* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of fog will persist into the morning commute in many locations. Rapidly changing visibilities, as low as a few hundred feet, may occur at times resulting in hazardous conditions. This could become more widespread near or shortly after sunrise before lifting by mid morning.
