* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Most likely during Wednesday evening's high tide.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tides Wednesday at Newport Beach: 6.3 feet at 845 PM. At La Jolla: 6.3 feet at 839 PM. Measured high tides are exceeding predicted levels by 6-7 inches.
