Special Weather Statement

Afternoon heating has generated a few small clusters of storms in the area early this evening. Through 7 PM, these cells may generate cloud-to-ground lightning, small hail, and localized gusts of 30-40 mph. Exercise caution outdoors in the vicinity of these storms, and seek shelter if thunder is heard.
