* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1041 AM EDT, Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicated between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell overnight resulting in creeks rising out of their banks and flooding adjacent roads. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
