* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Weld County in northeastern Colorado...

* WHEN...Until 1130 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- At 823 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

- This includes the following streams and drainages... Pawnee Creek, South Pawnee Creek, Spring Creek, Cottonwood Creek, North Pawnee Creek, Horsetail Creek and Igo Creek.

- Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of Northeastern Weld County.
