IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Columbus, Weir, Scammon, Roseland, Skidmore, Stippville, Crestline, Carona and Lawton.
Department of Highways has closed Highway 160 from Columbus to Crestline, and many rural roads are flooded and unsafe to travel.
