* IMPACTS...For Nome and Golovin, water levels have peaked and will begin to gradually drop on Saturday. While water levels remain near their apex, in Nome, this can result in water approaching low- lying homes in Belmont Subdivision with standing water expected in the port area. Even though water levels drop somewhat, they will remain normal through early next week. Localized beach erosion may occur.
