* Until 630 PM EDT.
* At 332 PM EDT, doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Clarksburg, Grafton, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Stonewood, Anmoore, Enterprise, Flemington, McGee, Meadland, Rosemont, Tygart Lake State Park, Knottsville, Thornton and Despard.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 117 and 129. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 81 and 82.
