* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Perry County in southeastern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated and area rain gauges indicate between 3 and 5 inches of rain has fallen since midnight. Additional rainfall between 0.5 and 1 inch can be expected late this afternoon. Continued runoff will result in prolonged flooding in the area, particularly for roads and low-lying locations adjacent to Jonathan Creek between Thornville and Yost. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
