* At 913 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 40 NM north of Ritidian Buoy to 28 NM northwest of Ritidian Buoy, moving southeast at 35 knots.

Locations impacted include... Northern Guam and western Rota waters.
