* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Lincoln County in east central Colorado...
* WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 537 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages... Hell Creek, Hackberry Creek, and Dugout Creek.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of Northeastern Lincoln County.
