* WHEN...Until 545 AM MST /645 AM MDT/ Tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, normally dry washes and roadways is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 PM MST /645 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring over area roadways in the warned area, including the Navajo 71 roadway. In addition, the river gage on the Little Colorado River at Holbrook is forecast to exceed minor flood stage, which has impacted the railroad bridge and caused overflow on the south bank of the river in the past. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Big Dam Wash, Polacca Wash, Beshbito Wash, Pueblo Colorado Wash, Canyon Diablo Wash, Lithodendron Wash, Tees Toh Wash, Joseph City Wash, Sabito Wash, Tanner Wash, Puerco River, Little Colorado River, Steamboat Wash, Jeddito Wash, Tucker Flat Wash, Crazy Creek, Coyote Wash, Bent Knee Wash, Cottonwood Wash, Diablo, Canyon, Porter Tank Draw, Chevelon Canyon, Leroux Wash, Jacks Canyon, Clear Creek, Oak Ridge Wash, Dead Wash and Bidahochi Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winslow, Holbrook, Dilkon, Indian Wells, Tees Toh, Joseph City, Sun Valley, Seba Dalkai, Manila, Hibbard, Greasewood Springs, Clear Creek Reservoir, Bushman Acres, Cornfields, Klagetoh and Wide Ruins. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between mile markers 238 and 315. Business Interstate 40 between mile markers 252 and 289. State Route 77 between mile markers 387 and 408. State Route 99 between mile markers 31 and 71. State Route 87 between mile markers 326 and 385. Highway 191 between mile markers 376 and 397. Highway 180 between mile markers 308 and 309.
