* IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Water affects portions of C Ave and D Ave from US 30 to the south.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.4 feet, and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 12.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
