At 1014 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated creek and streams are rising in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Additional rain is not expected, though creeks and streams remain elevated and additional impacts may continue.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
