* WHAT...Urban and arroyo flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central El Paso County in Texas.

* WHEN...Until 130 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1125 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms over east El Paso. Around a half inch of rain has fallen in the past 30 minutes. The heaviest rain has fallen around Lee Trevino between Montana and I-10. - Warnings may become necessary if thunderstorms persist. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
